Yes finally Apache 220 hit on the road very soon. Apache 220 will be the third series of TVS Apache series in India which includes TVS Apache 150 and the razor sharp TVS Apache RTR 180.
Apache 220 targeted towards the power segment of users with the sporty feel from the bike in an affordable range. Bike has been powered by 220 cc engine, at last Bajaj 220 got the competitor. TVS is trying to make more satisfying result for that they done with higher displacement in new Apache. The new TVS Apache RTR 220 is expected to produce 22 BHP , with max power output and the maximum speed of Apache RTR 220 will be 150-160 KMPH. This is definitely remarkable in Indian bike market.
Tvs has also concentrate about the looks of bike. Apache RTR 220 might get the full fairing which makes more sporty appeal. Also the Internal sources reveal that Apache RTR 220 is the first one of kind bike which equipped with ABS braking system(ABS).This will be totally new concept for Indian bikers coz, this technology comes only in high-end imported bikes.

Very good post. Apache RTR has got decent looks with neat finish and great pick up. Sharing my personal experience – Most of the time i find people giving a definite glare at my bike.
