Spy Shots- Suzuki Kizashi Spotted In India

Autocar India reported spotting Maruti Suzuki’s much awaited sedan, Kizashi at Pune, Maharashtra. The company has confirmed that it will launch ‘Suzuki Kizashi’ by the end of this year in the country’s ever-expanding auto-market.

Kizashi created much hype when it was showcased during the Delhi Auto Expo 2010. The car will be imported into the country through the CBU from Japan. Kizashi is Suzuki’s flagship model in the D segment and its sedan was launched in Japan in October 2009 and in the US in December 2009 and is expected to be available by the last quarter of the current calendar year. Kizashi is already performing well on the roads of US and Europe and is indeed a very popular one, there.

According to the recent pictures from Autocar India, it spotted a black Kizashi sedan in Pune bearing an HR number plate. Pune is the city housing the ARAI which gives certificate for the cars to be suitable for Indian roads. The car is expected to be in Pune to get homologation clearances from the ARAI before it is finally available commercially.

Suzuki Kizashi is expected to priced between Rs. 12-14 lakh making it the most expensive sedan ever sold by the company in India.
