Tata Motors is planning to bring a small 800cc car which compete to Maruti Alto. Internal source claimed the new car codenamed Tata Dolphin and will launch in India by 2012.The Tata Dolphin is final stage of development under scrutiny of Tata engineers.Tata has not made any official statement about such 800cc new model coming up to Indian market apart from a statement from Carl Peter Forster, MD and CEO, Tata Motors, “There is some white space between the Nano and Indica and we could be looking at it.”
