Sebastian Vettel Becomes Youngest Double World Champion

Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel claimed the 2011 Formula 1 World Championship after finishing third at Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday. The 24 years old became the youngest double world champion in the history of F1 racing. McLaren’s Jenson Button won the race as Fernando Alonso came close second in his Ferrari. McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton survived a puncture and another clash with Ferrari’s Felipe Massa to finish fifth.

Jenson Button Wins Dramatic Hungarian GP

McLaren’s Jenson button celebrated his 200th Grand Prix race by winning Sunday’s Hungarian GP 2011 filled with dramatic weather condition. Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel finished second ahead of Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso. McLaren could have had a one-two, with Lewis Hamilton leading much of the race, but a tyre strategy misjudgement and a penalty ruined Hamilton’s chances.

Lewis Hamilton Wins Thrilling German Grand Prix

McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton registered his secong victory of 2011 Fromula 1 season at Nurburgring, German Grand Prix. Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso finshed second ahead of pole-sitter Red Bull’s Mark Webber. Championship leader Sebastian Vettel seized fourth place from Felipe Massa in the pits on the final lap.

Alonso Wins British GP To End Red Bull Dominance

Fernando Alonso won British Grand Prix at Silverstone to register first victory for Ferrari in 2011 season. After suffering a pit-stop problem, Sebastian Vettel finished second as Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber was instructed to stay behind. None of the British drivers made it onto the podium – Lewis Hamilton faded to fourth for McLaren after a superb early charge, and Jenson Button retired following a pit error.

Sebastian Vettel Wins European GP

Sebastian Vettel continues his domination of 2011 Formula 1 season. The Red Bull driver has picked up his sixth victory from eight races this year by winning Sunday’s European Grand Prix in Valencia, comfortably beating local favourite Fernando Alonso and team-mate Mark Webber.

Vettel Leads Red Bull 1-2 At Turkish Grand Prix

Sebastian Vettel dominated to win Turkish Grand Prix 2011 at Istanbul Park. Team-mate Mark Webber finished second to make first 1-2 result of this season for Red Bull. Fernando Alonso picked up Ferrari’s maiden podium of the season as Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton completed the top five in a race filled with overtaking drama.

Vettel’s Win At Brazil Sets Up Titile Showdown At Abu Dhabi

Sebastian Vettel won Brazilian Grand Prix to ensure the title fight will go to Abu Dhabi by beating Mark Webber and Fernando Alonso. Red Bull clinched the constructors’ world championship with a stunning one-two result but their insistence on not imposing team orders and letting Sebastian Vettel take a deserved win over Mark Webber puts them in a tricky position for Abu Dhabi next weekend.

Alonso Leads Championship After Win At Korean Grand Prix

Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso scored one of the biggest wins of his career in a rain-affected Korean Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon, and a day of total disaster saw neither Red Bull driver finish. Mark Webber crashed out early while running second, and Sebastian Vettel’s engine blew up as he was leading on the 46th lap.

Korean GP Qualifying- Red Bull Front Row With Vettel Leading

An all-important pole position for the inaugural Korean Grand Prix was clinched by Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel after a thrilling qualifying session at Yeongam on Saturday. Vettel beat team mate Mark Webber by just under a tenth of a second on a last-ditch flying lap.
