India’s leading auto maker Mahindra & Mahindra today reporting the signed of definitive agreement with Ssangyong Motor Company Limited (SYMC) to acquire 70 per cent stake. For that Mahindra pay Rs 2,105 crore (USD 463 million). Mahindra said it’s expected the deal to be concluded by March 2011.
