January 17th, 2012 kalpesh Auto majors Maruti Suzuki and General Motors India have increased the prices of various models to offset rising input costs and the impact of currency fluctuation. Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) has hiked prices of its vehicles across models, except for entry-level sedan DZire, by between 0.3 per cent and 3.4 per cent. GM India has also increased product prices by between 0.5 per cent and 1.75 per cent.
Mahindra Hikes XUV500 Prices By Up Tp Rs 55,000
December 29th, 2011 Abhijeet.S Three months after its launch, Mahindra & Mahindra, will increase the prices of its much in-demand global car XUV500 from January 1 due to higher raw material costs and the rupee fall. The hike will be Rs 30,000 for the base W6 variant, Rs 50,000 for the W8 2WD variant and Rs 55,000 for the W8 4WD variant.
