TVS Motor Launches Upgraded Star City

kalpesh The third largest two wheeler maker in the country, TVS Motor Company, today launched an upgraded version of its 110cc commuter motorcycle TVS Star City. The base version of the new bike starts at Rs. 38,650 (ex-showroom, Delhi) with a five-year warranty.

January 11th, 2012 kalpesh Chennai based two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company, showcased their hybrid concept scooter, the Qube, at the Delhi auto Expo 2012. The company would test market it from June this year. TVS also announced that it will launch four new two wheelers in 2012, including two motorcycles in the executive segment and two scooters.

The third largest selling two wheeler company in India reported a marginal fall in total vehicle sales for December 2011. It sold 1,70,428 units last month, compare to 1,71,790 units in the same month previous year, TVS Motor Company said in a statement.
